Features, limits, supported languages, output quality, processing speed, and availability may vary by plan, file type, provider availability, quota, and technical conditions.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it updated.
4. Customer content
You are responsible for the content you upload, import, generate, or process through Masta Voice AI. You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to process that content.
You must not upload, import, or generate content that violates law, infringes rights, exposes private information unlawfully, or abuses the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Masta Voice AI, interfere with service security, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass plan limits, abuse trial access, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Do not upload private recordings without the required consent or lawful basis.
- Do not use generated audio for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or deception.

6. AI outputs and accuracy
AI-generated transcripts, summaries, reports, translations, and audio may contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, or inaccurate interpretations.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, or using them for business, legal, medical, financial, educational, or public decisions.
7. Plans, quotas, and billing
Paid plans, quotas, usage limits, file-size limits, features, and prices may vary by plan and may change over time.
If a payment fails, subscription access may be limited, paused, or cancelled. Some features may require an active paid plan or signed-in account.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we believe there is abuse, security risk, unlawful use, payment failure, violation of these terms, or operational risk to Masta Voice AI or other users.
9. Limitation of liability
