Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum explains how Masta Voice AI approaches customer personal data processed through the service. It is intended for business customers using Masta Voice AI for work, institutional, client, or team workflows.

1. Roles

For account, billing, support, security, analytics, and service administration data, Masta Voice AI may act as an independent controller or business operator depending on the context.

For customer content uploaded or generated through the service, such as recordings, transcripts, translations, summaries, reports, and generated speech, Masta Voice AI generally processes that content to provide the service requested by the customer.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for determining whether they have the right, consent, notice, contract, or other lawful basis required to upload, import, store, transcribe, translate, summarize, generate, or share content through Masta Voice AI.

Customers are also responsible for configuring access appropriately and reviewing outputs before use.

3. Processing purposes

Masta Voice AI processes customer content to provide transcription, summarization, reporting, translation, text-to-speech, storage, playback, file management, support, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

4. Sub-processors and providers

Masta Voice AI may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, support, monitoring, or other service operations.

These providers may process customer data as needed to deliver the service, maintain security, resolve issues, and support customer workflows.

5. International processing

Customer data may be processed in countries other than the customer’s country depending on infrastructure, service providers, AI systems, storage location, payment workflows, and support operations.

Where required, customers and Masta Voice AI may need additional contractual or transfer safeguards depending on applicable law and customer location.

6. Security measures

Masta Voice AI uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data, including account-based access controls, operational safeguards, and security-conscious file handling.

Security measures may evolve as the product and infrastructure mature.

7. Deletion and return

Customers may request deletion of eligible content or account data through support, subject to legal, billing, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and operational retention requirements.

8. Conflicts and formal agreements

This public DPA page provides a general processing framework. Enterprise customers may request a formal written data processing agreement, additional security review, or custom contractual terms where commercially appropriate.
