1. Lawful use only
You may use Masta Voice AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rights, contracts, and consent requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission or another lawful basis to upload, import, transcribe, translate, summarize, store, share, or generate content.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Masta Voice AI to process, create, distribute, or support unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
- Illegal recordings, unauthorized surveillance, or recordings without required consent.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, social engineering, or deceptive generated speech.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, abuse, or targeted intimidation.
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement.
- Attempts to bypass quotas, billing, authentication, access controls, or security systems.
- Automated scraping, overload, denial-of-service activity, or misuse of infrastructure.
3. Customer and workplace recordings
If you use Masta Voice AI for meetings, calls, classrooms, interviews, support calls, worship sessions, or business operations, you must follow applicable notice, consent, privacy, and workplace rules.
Where consent is required, you are responsible for obtaining it before uploading or processing recordings.
4. Generated audio and impersonation
Generated speech must not be used to deceive, impersonate, defraud, or falsely attribute speech to a person, brand, company, public figure, customer, employee, or institution.
5. Platform protection
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account creates legal risk, security risk, abuse risk, payment risk, operational risk, or violates this policy.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe Masta Voice AI is being misused, contact support with relevant information so we can review and take appropriate action.
