Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, failed payments, billing support, and usage quotas work for Masta Voice AI.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription according to the available billing flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior payments.

After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the billing flow or required by applicable law.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, failed provisioning, or other exceptional circumstances.

Refunds are generally not provided for used quotas, completed processing, generated reports, generated audio, change of mind, unused time in a billing period, or failure to cancel before renewal, unless required by applicable law.

3. Usage-based limits

Masta Voice AI plans may include monthly limits for minutes, reports, translations, text-to-speech characters, file size, storage, or other features.

Using plan quotas, generating outputs, or processing files may reduce refund eligibility because computing, AI, storage, and infrastructure costs may already have been incurred.

4. Failed payments and access limits

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, paused, downgraded, or cancelled until payment is completed.

We may retry failed payments or require you to update billing details through the supported payment provider or billing flow.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you dispute a payment through your bank or payment provider, access to the related account may be limited while the dispute is reviewed.

Before opening a chargeback, we recommend contacting support so we can investigate billing issues quickly.

6. How to request billing support

To request help with a cancellation, refund, duplicate charge, failed payment, or billing issue, contact support and include your account email, payment date, plan, and a short explanation of the issue.
