This AI Usage Policy explains how AI-powered features work inside Masta Voice AI, including transcription, summarization, reporting, translation, text-to-speech, correction feedback, and language improvement workflows.

The English version of this legal page is the source of truth. Any translated interface text, machine-translated text, or future translated version is provided for convenience only. If there is any conflict or difference in meaning, the English version prevails.

1. AI-powered features

Masta Voice AI uses AI systems to help convert audio, video, media links, and text into useful outputs such as transcripts, summaries, reports, translations, and generated speech.

AI features are designed to improve productivity, but outputs may still require human review before use in business, educational, public, legal, medical, financial, or compliance-sensitive decisions.

2. Output accuracy

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, mistranscriptions, incorrect speaker interpretation, incomplete context, translation mistakes, formatting issues, or unnatural phrasing.

3. Human review requirement

Where accuracy matters, users should verify transcripts against the original recording, review summaries, confirm translations, and approve generated speech before use.

4. Voice and text-to-speech use

Generated speech must not be used to impersonate another person, mislead listeners, commit fraud, harass others, or create deceptive content.

You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required for any text, voice style, script, or generated audio you create or distribute.

5. Feedback and language improvement

Masta Voice AI may allow users or administrators to submit correction feedback for words, phrases, transcription quality, translations, pronunciation, and report formatting.

Correction feedback may be used to improve product quality, language support, and future processing, subject to privacy, safety, and operational safeguards.

6. Prohibited AI uses

You must not use Masta Voice AI to create or process content for fraud, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, harassment, rights infringement, spam, deception, or other harmful purposes.

  • Do not generate audio that falsely suggests someone said something they did not say.
  • Do not use generated speech to deceive customers, voters, employers, banks, courts, or public authorities.

  • Do not use AI outputs as final professional advice without appropriate human review.

7. Changes to AI features

AI models, providers, prompts, quality controls, language support, and feature behavior may change over time as Masta Voice AI improves.
