MesejiMasta is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides business management, reporting, inventory tracking, and WhatsApp automation tools.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
Due to the nature of digital software services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated and made available to the customer.
Refund requests may be considered for duplicate payments, accidental multiple charges, technical billing errors, or service activation issues caused by MesejiMasta.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests may be submitted to hello@mesejimasta.com and will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
